Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola appoints new chief nursing officer: 3 notes

Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola (Fla.) hired Terrie L. Fontenot, RN, as its new chief nursing officer, according to an Inweekly report.

1. Ms. Fontenot most recently served as CNO at Porter Hospital in Valparaiso, Ind.

2. She worked at Porter Hospital for 17 years, beginning in 1995.

3. She served in numerous managerial roles during her time at Porter, including as intensive care director, intensive care coordinator and intensive care supervisor.
