Mr. Zehner will be responsible for fiscal operations at Newark (N.J.) Beth Israel Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of New Jersey in Newark and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway (N.J.), as well as Barnabas Health Behavioral Health.
He most recently was COO at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey. He joined the hospitals in 2014 as CFO. Previously, he was CFO at Medstar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., and Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver.
Mr. Zehner is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
