Riverside Community Hospital CEO to retire: 4 things to know

Patrick Brilliant, president and CEO of Riverside (Calif.) Community Hospital, is retiring at the end of April.

Four things to know:

1. Mr. Brilliant assumed the leadership role nine-plus years ago.

2. During his tenure, he spearheaded the growth of the hospital’s graduate medical education programs with University of California, Riverside School of Medicine, its academic partner.

3. He also oversaw a $500 million-plus campus expansion project.

4. Equipped with 37-plus years of healthcare leadership experience, Mr. Brilliant has previous experience as CEO of Medical Center of Arlington (Texas) and at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston.
