Hope Valley, R.I.-based Wood River Health named Lisa Menard-Manlove, MD, chief medical officer.
In her role, Dr. Menard-Manlove will oversee medical services, clinical quality initiatives and the provider team, according to a July 14 community health center news release. She will also work with leadership and staff to strengthen patient care, improve health outcomes and advance innovative approaches to primary care.
Dr. Menard-Manlove has worked at the center for 22 years and most recently served as associate medical director.
Shital Desai, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, was named associate medical director, and will work closely with Dr. Menard-Manlove to support quality, provider engagement and patient-centered care initiatives.
