Here are six things to know.
Dan Grote was named CFO.
1. Mr. Grote has more than 25 years of software and technology finance experience.
2. In his new role, he will oversee various finance areas at Recondo, including accounting, capital structure and tax and treasury reporting, according to a news release.
3. Prior to joining Recondo, Mr. Grote served as CFO of Denver-based ReadyTalk. ReadyTalk, which offers cloud communications services, was acquired in January by PGi, a provider of collaboration software and services.
Tom Cooke was named vice president of channel sales.
4. In his new role, Mr. Cooke will head Recondo’s indirect sales expansion, according to the release.
5. Prior to joining Recondo, he served as was a senior consulting leader at Advisory Board.
6. He also previously worked in Aetna’s Accountable Care Solution division.
