Providence divisional CEO to leave for City of Hope

Kevin Manemann, CEO of Renton, Wash.-based Providence’s South Division, is leaving for a new role with City of Hope in Duarte, Calif.

Mr. Manemann has served the health system for 20 years and has held his current role since 2021, according to internal correspondence obtained by Becker’s. He will make his exit Jan. 31. 

“I have asked Laureen Driscoll, regional chief executive for Northern California, to serve as interim South Division chief executive and Brian Helleland, South Division chief of acute operations and programs, to serve in an expanded role as interim South Division chief operating officer,” Erik Wexler, COO of Providence, wrote in the correspondence.
