Ms. Halpin is president of OhioHealth Mansfield (Ohio) Hospital and OhioHealth Shelby (Ohio) Hospital. She assumed the roles in March 2014. During her tenure, she spearheaded the opening of the $5.3 million OhioHealth Emergency Care-Ontario (Ohio) as well as oversaw $146 million in capital improvements in OhioHealth care sites in Richland and Ashland counties.
Vinson Yates, OhioHealth’s current senior vice president and CFO, will replace Ms. Halpin as president of the two hospitals. Mr. Yates joined OhioHealth in 1987. He has served in several leadership roles within the health system, including as president of OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
