BayCare Health System is the parent organization of St. Joseph’s Children’s and Women’s hospitals. Ms. Reed also served as leader of BayCare’s service line for women’s and children’s services. Ms. Reed resigned for personal reasons, the spokesperson said via email.
Ms. Reed assumed the roles at BayCare in May 2017, prior to which she was senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She holds an MBA degree from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
BayCare is in the process of searching for Ms. Reed’s successor.
