1. Premier Health will search for a new hospital president, and Mr. Maiberger will continue on in his systemwide role as executive vice president and COO.
2. Mr. Maiberger became president of Miami Valley Hospital in January. He will remain in the role until his successor has been named.
3. He has previously served as president and CEO of Premier Health’s Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio.
