1. Ms. Heitmeyer previously served as administrator/COO and chief nursing officer at Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey (Calif.) Hospital.

2. She joined Cedars-Sinai in 2012.

3. She previously served in nursing leadership roles for several facilities, Grossman Burn Center in Kansas City, Mo., and Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center in Inglewood, Calif.
