Mr. Lowe joined Physicians Regional after leaving his post as CFO of Tampa, Fla.-based Surgery Partners in 2008. He also previously served in an executive capacity at the Cleveland Clinic.
Physicians Regional Healthcare System is a division of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health System.
