Mr. Schultes most recently served as CEO of a healthcare facility in Spearfish, S.D. He has more than 20 years of healthcare administration experience.
“We spent over three months looking for a chief executive officer. We really did find some outstanding CEOs who wanted to come to Philip. But, we found the prize in our own backyard,” said Don Burns, Philip Health Services’ board president, according to the report.
