Petersburg Medical Center names new CEO: 4 things to know

Petersburg (Alaska) Medical Center selected Phil Hofstetter to serve as CEO, effective this summer, according to a KFSK report.

1. Mr. Hofstetter is currently vice president at Norton Sound Health Corp., in Nome, Alaska.

2. He is equipped with 25 years of healthcare experience.

3. He is a licensed long-term care nursing home administrator.

4. Mr. Hofstetter succeeds Liz Woodyard, who is retiring in June.
