Dr. Farzin will be responsible for the development and recruitment of medical staff for Enola, Pa.-based Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center, slated to open in 2021. His other responsibilities will include overseeing the health system’s relationships with private practice physicians.
A physician-executive, Dr. Farzin has served as CEO of Medical Group of Pennsylvania, vice president of Pulmonary Critical Care Medical Associates and director of critical care medicine at Harrisburg-based UPMC Pinnacle Health.
