Ms. Shanks-Connors has more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience. She most recently served as vice president and CNO of Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center in Gresham, Ore.
Prior to this role, Ms. Shanks-Connors held various manager and clinical director roles at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland.
