Carol Aaron, chief administrative officer of Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth, will retire by the end of the year.

1. Ms. Aaron joined PeaceHealth in 2010 and has since overseen the development of leadership and organizational strategies.

2. She has 30 years of healthcare experience.

3. Steve Glenn, current senior vice president of governance and support services, will become PeaceHealth’s new executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
