1. Ms. Allen most recently served as regional CFO and vice president of finance for the Western Region at Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine.
2. She also has experience serving as system vice president of financial operations and CFO at Southcoast Health System in New Bedford, Mass., and as a CFO for Sharon (Conn.) Hospital.
3. She is a board member on the American Red Cross.
4. Ms. Allen holds an MBA from Denver-based Regis University.
