PeaceHealth CAO Rand O’Leary to temporarily run Oregon West Network

Rand O’Leary, chief administrative officer of PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center in Springfield, Ore., will additionally take on head leadership responsibilities for PeaceHealth’s Oregon West Network when John Hill, the network’s senior vice president and CEO/chief mission officer, departs from the system May 5, according to The Register-Guard.

Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth, which has hospitals, medical groups and labs across Alaska, Washington and Oregon, announced Mr. O’Leary’s appointment Monday.

Mr. Hill has led the Oregon West Network for three years. Mr. O’Leary joined the system in 2014. Previously, he served in leadership roles at Henry Ford Wyandotte (Mich.) Hospital and Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Mich.

Mr. O’Leary will continue fulfilling his duties as chief administrator of PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center while serving as the Oregon West Network’s interim leader.
