Patrick Carrier named CEO of Christus St. Vincent: 4 things to know

CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, N.M., has named Patrick Carrier president and CEO, effective Nov. 2, according to an Albuquerque Journal report.

Here are four things to know about Mr. Carrier.

1. Mr. Carrier has a 15-year history with Irving, Texas-based CHRISTUS Health.

2. Most recently, he was senior vice president of group operations for CHRISTUS Health. In that position, he oversaw 11 hospitals in San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas.

3. Prior to his role as senior vice president of group operations, he was president and CEO of San Antonio-based CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System.

4. In his new role, Mr. Carrier will replace Bruce Tassin.
