1. Dr. Lewis most recently served as regional president and CEO of physician organization and ambulatory services at St. Louis-based SSM Health’s Oklahoma network.
2. He previously served as CMO at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga.
3. Dr. Lewis completed two fellowships in pulmonary and critical care at the University of Missouri in Columbia and at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
