1. Mr. Krishnaswamy previously served as chief executive officer of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-White Rock in Dallas.

2. He was formerly COO of Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center in Houston as well as associate administrator and chief quality officer of Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, Calif.

3. He earned a master of science degree in health services research from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and a master of public health degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
