Ms. Cook previously was CFO of the Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry in Columbus. She has also been CFO of the Cedar Ridge Behavioral System, and controller of Deaconess Health System, both in Oklahoma City.
Previously, Mr. Strick was senior director of finance at Novelle Health and manager of finance and accounting at McKesson Practice Management Services, both in Oldsmar, Fla.
