2. He has also served as the Elsie Schaefer Chair and section chief of neonatology at New Orleans-based Tulane School of Medicine.
3. He was pediatric residency program director at Our Lady of the Lake from 2011 to 2016.
4. He has been a practicing neonatologist in Louisiana since 2001.
5. In addition to his medical training, Dr. Dunbar holds an MBA from Baton Rouge-based Louisiana State University Ourso College of Business.
