OU Health names inaugural CMO

Oklahoma City-based OU Health has appointed Carolyn Kloek, MD, as the academic health system’s inaugural chief medical officer, effective March 1.

Dr. Kloek is a clinical associate professor of ophthalmology with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and joined the Dean McGee Eye Institute, which is affiliated with the medical school, in 2019.   

She has also served as senior vice president of clinical strategy and integration at OU Health since 2019.
