1. Ms. Mattis formerly served as vice president of information technology for Ascension Information Services in St. Louis.

2. She also served as VP of IT and CIO for Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, N.C., and in leadership roles at Dell Global Services and AT&T.

3. She is a College of Healthcare Information Management Executives’ Certified Healthcare CIO and holds an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
