Oklahoma rehab hospital taps 2 leaders

Tulsa (Okla.) Rehabilitation Hospital appointed Ian Cooper CEO and Melissa Frandsen, MD, medical director.

Mr. Cooper most recently served as CEO of the largest rehab network in Pennsylvania and has more than 20 years of experience in both acute and post-acute hospitals, according to a May 30 system news release.

Dr. Frandsen has served as medical director and assistant medical director in three different healthcare systems in Tulsa and most recently consulted on practice improvements and changes as a physician advisory board member to regional physicians.
