In his new role, Mr. Hall will provide leadership for all HR-related areas and oversee attraction, retention and growth processes for the system’s more than 35,000 employees.
He will also help enhance the system’s work culture and support employees.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Hall served as vice president of human resources for OhioHealth, according to his LinkedIn page.
