Kristin Gardner, DNP, RN, has been named chief nursing officer of OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center.
As CNO of the Cambridge, Ohio-based hospital, Dr. Gardner will lead nursing operations, with a focus on improving the quality of patient care, according to a Jan. 26 news release. She has 25 years of leadership experience at community hospitals. Most recently, she served as CNO of OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital for the past three years.
Dr. Gardner succeeds Gina Woods, MSN, RN, who became CNO and vice president of patient care services at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in Columbus in late 2025.
