Ohio hospital taps chief nursing officer

Wilmington, Ohio-based Clinton Memorial Hospital tapped Debra Dozier, MSN, RN, as chief nursing officer, effective immediately.

Ms. Dozier will oversee all nursing operations at the hospital and work closely with the executive team to develop high-quality care standards, support professional growth of the nursing department and implement evidence-based practices, according to a July 17 system news release.

She most recently served as director of acute care at Clinton Memorial Hospital in 2022.
