As CMO, Dr. Morley will oversee all medical staff and affairs for the two public hospitals, which serve more than 150,000 combined patients each year.
Dr. Morley is a trained anesthesiologist and has critical care certifications in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine. Previously, he served as medical director of the New York State Department of Health’s health system management division and as senior vice president and deputy CMO of HHC.
