Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Northwest Community Healthcare appointed Evelyn Pagán, RN, BSN, vice president of quality.

2. She has 34 years of healthcare industry experience, providing oversight for quality, patient safety and performance improvement programs.
3. She holds an MBA from Lake Forest (Ill.) Graduate School of Management.
