Mr. Thames has more than 30 years of healthcare experience. Once he begins his new role at the helm, Mr. Thames will leave his post as president and senior advisor for Incendant, a Pueblo, Colo.-based software company.
Previously, Mr. Thames served as senior vice president and COO of Parkview Health System in Pueblo and executive vice president and COO of St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis.
Mr. Thames succeeds Bill Bradel, who resigned in October 2014.
