North Dakota-based Trinity Health names chief HR officer: 4 notes

Trinity Health in Minot, N.D., hired Anne B. Colwell to serve as vice president and chief human resources officer, effective March 1.

Four notes:

1. Most recently, Ms. Colwell served as an executive consultant with Tier 1 Leader, an executive and leadership coaching organization.

2. She was previously CEO of Cape Cod Child Development, a child and family services organization.

3. She also has experience serving as vice president of HR at New Bedford, Mass.-based Southcoast Health.

4. Ms. Colwell succeeds Paul Simonson, who is leaving for a part-time role in the risk management arena.
