Here are three things to know about Mr. Bugos.
1. As CFO of NAPA, Mr. Bugos will direct company finance, accounting and revenue cycle matters, according to a news release.
2. He previously was CFO of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Holdings’ international operating division in London.
3. Mr. Bugos earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in business administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
