Mr. Hochman was previously regional director of facilities for Valhalla, N.Y.-based Westchester Medical Center Health Network, according to an Aug. 19 news release from the health system.
In the regional director role, Mr. Hochman developed budgets and capital plans, secured state grants and oversaw engineering and maintenance of Margaretville Hospital and Mountainside Residential Care Center, the release said.
WHMCHealth is a 1,700-bed system with nine hospitals.
