Heritage, one of the largest physician practice management organizations in California, comprises five medical groups and five affiliated physician networks throughout Orange County and the High Desert.
In her new role, Ms. Duplechan will oversee physician practice operations for all Heritage medical groups and affiliated physician networks, officials said.
She will succeed Kevin Manemann, who served as COO of Heritage from 2012-2015 and became CEO of the organization earlier this year.
