In his new role, Mr. Baptiste will foster and maintain the health system’s culture of wellness, according to an Aug. 1 news release.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Baptiste served as vice president of talent and health at West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health.
“I am honored to join Nemours Children’s Health as the first Chief People Officer in service of our associates across five states,” Mr. Baptiste said in the release. “I look forward to continuing my work building healthy organizations with strong cultures of wellness for associates, patients and providers.”
