1. He is the company’s first chief growth officer.
2. In his role, Mr. Randa will help head go-to-market initiatives and work to move forward Navicure’s continued revenue and profitability growth following Bain Capital’s acquisition of Navicure, according to a news release.
3. He most recently served as CEO of PeopleAdmin, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners. He was also on the company’s board.
