Dr. Fulkrod most recently served as vice president of clinical operations of the hospital. He joined the hospital seven years ago and has 22 years of healthcare experience.
He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a participant in the organization’s 2019 senior leadership development program.
Dr. Fulkrod holds a doctoral degree in nursing practice from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
