Three nursing leaders have assumed combined roles as vice president and chief administrative officer for clinical care at MyMichigan Health medical centers, as the Midland-based system continues evolving its leadership model.

Rose Goick-Saddler, MSN, RN, will serve MyMichigan medical centers in Standish and Tawas; Shane Hunt, RN, will serve MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw; and Jessica McEwen, MSN, RN, will serve MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena, according to a March 5 health system news release.

Additionally, Tom Kane was named system director of wound care for MyMichigan Health.

In their combined roles, Ms. Goick-Saddler, Mr. Hunt and Ms. McEwen will oversee the clinical practice of nursing and provide daily oversight of other clinical departments in collaboration with system vice presidents and directors, the release said.

Mr. Kane will oversee wound care and hyperbaric medicine programs across the organization.

The changes build on a leadership transition MyMichigan Health announced in December to centralize leadership and better align operations across its medical centers.

Earlier this year, the health system also announced additional leadership changes. Hunter Nostrant, president of MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena, was named COO of MyMichigan Health.

Glenn King, RN, assumed the vice president and chief administrative officer role for MyMichigan medical centers in Alma, Clare and Mt. Pleasant; and Tom Wood, BSN, RN, took on the same role for MyMichigan Medical Center Midland.
