Munson Healthcare selects new VP of physician network: 4 points

Traverse City, Mich.-based Munson Healthcare appointed Laura A. Glenn vice president of physician network.

1. Most recently, Ms. Glenn worked at Beaumont Health in Southfield, Mich., where she served as senior vice president and executive director of Beaumont Health Physician Partners and Beaumont Medical Group.

2. She previously served in other leadership roles at Beaumont, including vice president of physician services and director of surgical services program development.

3. She holds a master of health services administration degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

4. In her new role, Ms. Glenn will oversee physician integration and the implementation of a new EMR.
