Myra Gregorian was named senior vice president and chief people officer of Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare Health System.
Ms. Gregorian joins MultiCare from Seattle Children’s Hospital, where she was senior vice president and chief people and transformation officer, according to a Sept. 30 news release.
In her new role, she will lead MultiCare’s Human Potential organization, overseeing talent acquisition, talent and leadership development, total rewards and labor relations, the release said. She will focus on strengthening employee engagement, supporting leaders and advancing workforce strategies.
“Myra brings more than two decades of experience in labor relations, workforce and culture transformation, and large-scale organizational change,” MultiCare President Florence Chang said in the release.
Ms. Gregorian previously held senior human resources roles at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Long Beach (Calif.) Memorial Medical Center, part of Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare, according to the release.
MultiCare is a nonprofit system with 13 hospitals and more than 28,000 employees.
