Mount St. Mary’s CEO to depart after Catholic Health merger

Judith Maness, CEO of Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, N.Y., will retire June 30 after the completion of a merger with Catholic Health, according to Buffalo Business First.

Catholic Health is a joint venture between St. Louis-based Ascension Health, Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health and the Diocese of Buffalo.

According to the report, Ms. Maness said in a letter that she will remain as CEO through the hospital’s transition process and will work with Catholic Health on a formal transition plan.
