Springfield, Ore.-based McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center has named Mark Robinson CEO, effective July 20.
Mr. Robinson brings nearly 30 years of hospital operations and executive leadership experience to the role, according to a June 16 hospital news release. Most recently, he served as CEO of Great Falls (Mont.) Hospital and Clinic, where he led initiatives to improve patient care and expand services.
Before that, Mr. Robinson served as market leader and president of Tacoma and Allenmore hospitals for Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare. Earlier in his career, he held several CEO and COO positions within Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare for nearly two decades.
He succeeds CEO David Butler, who was dismissed from the role in July, and interim CEO Gregory Brentano, who stepped in to replace Mr. Butler.
McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is a 113-bed community hospital.
