Montana health system names Taylor Rose CEO

Dillon, Mont.-based Barrett Hospital and Healthcare has named Taylor Rose its new CEO, effective Sept. 19.

Mr. Rose has a history of hospital leadership in Montana, Washington and Utah, according to a Sept. 8 news release shared with Becker’s. Most recently, he served Big Sky (Mont.) Medical Center as an administrator.
