Monroe Clinic CEO Mike Sanders to retire by end of 2019

Mike Sanders, CEO of Monroe (Wis.) Clinic, will retire by the end of the year, according to the Journal Standard.

Mr. Sanders assumed the top post at Monroe Clinic in 2001. He was previously COO at ThedaCare Physicians in Appleton, Wis.

During his tenure, Monroe Clinic won several awards and recognitions, including a five-star rating from CMS.

Monroe Clinic includes a 58-bed hospital, several clinics, a hospice and urgent care facility, among other amenities.
