Mr. Foster, a certified public accountant, has more than 30 years of financial experience. He joins Moleculin from Madison Heights, Mich.-based InfuSystem Holdings, a provider of infusion pumps and related services, where he had served as executive vice president and CFO since 2012.
Mr. Foster will take over the CFO position from Louis Ploth Jr., who will act as an independent advisor and assist the company with the transition.
