Lisa DeKezel, BSN, RN, has been named CEO of Ray County Hospital and Healthcare in Richmond, Mo.
Ms. DeKezel brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role, according to a Jan. 23 hospital news release. She has previously led critical access hospitals and community health systems, focusing on stabilizing operations, strengthening team culture and expanding essential services.
Her priorities over the next several years include enhancing core services, supporting team collaboration and ensuring the hospital’s long-term sustainability.
Ray County Hospital, a critical access hospital, offers a range of services including emergency care, imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation and specialty clinics.
