Missouri Hospital Continues Search for Replacement CEO

Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo., is looking for a new CEO to replace James Wente, who is retiring at the end of July, according to a report in the Southeast Missourian.

Mr. Wente announced last July that he planned to retire but has said that he will remain as CEO until his replacement is appointed, according to the report.

St. Louis, Mo.-based Grant Cooper & Associates was hired to conduct the search, and officials from the firm said in the report that Southeast Missouri has interviewed candidates from across the country.
