Mississippi hospital taps 2 nursing leaders

North Mississippi Medical Center-Eupora appointed nursing leaders for its hospital and nursing home, respectively, according to a June 5 news release.

Susan Vaughan, MSN, RN, was named chief nursing officer. Ms. Vaughan previously served as director of hospital operations for medical surgical, cardiac telemetry, orthopedic, short stay and wound care departments at Ochsner Rush Health System in Meridian, Miss.

Jessica Brown, RN, has been named as director of nursing for Webster Long-Term Care. She was previously a member of the North Mississippi Health Services team for 15 years, the release said.
